Frankenland (Franconia)
Since 1914, Frankenland has been published under various titles and with changing subtitles. In 1916, the founder of the Frankenbund, Dr. Peter Schneider (1882–1958), took over as editor. From 1923–1926 and 1944–1948 no issues appeared. Despite these temporary interruptions, the Frankenbund continuously published journals under different names (e.g., Mitteilungen des Frankenbundes, Werkblatt des Frankenbundes, Der Frankenbund etc.). Since 1954, the new series of the journal Frankenland has been published.
