Proceedings of the Physico-Medical Society of Würzburg / New Series

In 1869, the first volume of the New Series of the Proceedings of the Physico-Medical Society was published. From that time until 1936, the journal once again served as the primary scientific platform for the dissemination of the original research findings of the Physico-Medica. Moreover, printed minutes from meetings held between the years 1868/69 and 1934/35 were also included in the journal. At times, the Proceedings featured various supplements, such as the Medical Statistics of the City of Würzburg (1871-1898), Pharmacological Investigations (1873-1882), and a report on the psychiatric ward of the Julius Hospital (1870).
